Described by Deadline Hollywood as the "tragic true story" of Chris Gueffroy, Whispers of Freedom follows one of the last daring attempts to escape across the infamous Berlin Wall.
Starring Cameron Ashplant (The Last Bus), Wendy Makkena (Sister Act), Darragh Cowley (Masters of the Air), the film is written and directed by Guernsey filmmaker Brandon Ashplant and produced by Academy Award® nominee Jonathan Tammuz.
Join us on Friday 12th September as we host the Guernsey Premiere of this locally shot and produced British Independent Film Awards Qualifying film at the Princess Royal Centre for Performing Arts Theatre - with cast and crew in attendance.
